Very Good = 55 – ‘Dr Bolliger was very nice and informative made me feel at ease’.

Good = 74 – ‘Didn't have to wait too long & once in with the nurse having the flu vaccine was very quick & painless. No after effects!’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 9 – ‘The wait was not too long’.        

Poor = 11 – ‘The wait was not too long’.           

Very Poor = 7 – ‘Could not get service’.

Don’t Know = 2 – ‘No Comment’.
