Very Good = 471 – ‘Really nice nurse helped me with my inhalers, very caring’.

Good = 39 – ‘Helpful and got an appointment through triage system’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 4 – ‘Doctor was good but 40 minutes late’.        

Poor = 2 – ‘I had to prove I've got the right time on the phone’.           

Very Poor = 4 – ‘I was waiting for 25 minutes’.

Don’t Know = 3 - 'Doctor very attentive, listened and explained things clearly. Dr Sarai is an asset to the practice'.
