Very Good = 470 – ‘My appointment for a regular injection was carried out exactly on time. The nurse practitioner did my injection with the utmost care and consideration as usual. Thank you.’.

Good = 33 – ‘The GP spoke with understanding and empathy.  Giving me time to explain and didn’t feel rushed at any point’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 11 – ‘35 mins late’.        

Poor = 8 – ‘The doctor was running very late. I was seen 50 minutes after my appointment timet’.           

Very Poor = 2 – ‘Never had any problems each time I have been. Nurses have always been very good’.

Don’t Know = 6 - 'Waited over 50 mins late to be seen'.
