Very Good = 1,424 – ‘Dr Gakhal is an excellent GP’.

Good = 74 – ‘The flu jab queue moved quickly and the nurses were calming and I didn’t feel rushed even though there was others waiting’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 9 – ‘Staff who conducted the injection very good’.       

Poor = 11 – ‘Because l waited nearly an hour to be seen’       

Very Poor = 7 – ‘Waited for 50 mins for appointment’.

Don’t Know = 2 – ‘Two vaccines given. This was at 09:30. Only felt anything at around 22:00’.
