Very Good = 472 – ‘Kelly was amazing with my son. He was nervous about having his bloods taken but she was so caring and ensured he was as comfortable as possible. A real credit to the surgery and to the NHS’.

Good = 34 – ‘Professional, easy, friendly, reassuring’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 10 – ‘Appointment was cancelled due to staff illness’.        

Poor = 6 – ‘Dr was lovely, but appointment was 55 minutes late’.           

Very Poor = 5 – ‘Was not informed what the appointment was for or when it was booked. The first i heard of the appt was through the text reminders service’.

Don’t Know = 3 - 'Friendly consultation, treatment discussed'.
