Very Good = 430 – ‘As usual, appointment on time, nurse listened to my concerns and acted on them. Friendly pleasant manner’.

Good = 34 – ‘The doctor was very personable and knowledgeable. She had a very lovely way about her, made feel at ease’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 13 – ‘20 min wait time. But Dr gave sensible advice and action’.       

Poor = 5 – ‘I had made an online GP appointment 4 weeks previously (online) and I was given an appointment for a health check with a nurse.’       

Very Poor = 4 – ‘Didn’t feel relevant questions were asked’.

Don’t Know = 3 – ‘I was seen very quickly and was dealt with professionally and efficiently’.
