Very Good = 541 – ‘Jo was very efficient but also very welcoming - a credit to the practice!’. 

Good = 54 – ‘Treated respectfully, Doctor listened to what I had to say’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 14 – ‘Was not in there long enough to make a comment’.    

Poor = 8 – ‘I was expecting a physio appointment he showed me some exercises on the computer that i could have done at home’.   

Very Poor = 4 – ‘Did not get any answers for what I came for’. 

Don’t Know = 1 – ‘All went well’.
