Simply go to https://northgate-practice.webgp.com to get help from the practice within 24 hrs. This is our new way of helping you. You can ask for advice, request a GP letter or sick note.

You can order repeat medication online using the NHS app, through your local pharmacy or through Patient Access.
Please note we will not be booking routine face to face GP or Nurse appointments until further notice. The receptionist will arrange a telephone or video consultation for you if necessary in accordance with national guidance.
Our reception is open from 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, where appointments can be made in person or by phone on 01922 450900.
Patients may see the doctor of their choice by appointment, though there may be a delay if you wish to see a specific doctor. Patients requesting a same-day consultation will be offered the doctor of their choice where possible, but should try to see a problem through with the same doctor as continuity is in your best interest. On days where the demand for same-day appointments is high a considerable wait may be unavoidable.
