Very Good = 374 – ‘Louise is excellent never makes you feel rushed during your appointment makes you feel at ease and is very easy to speak to’.

Good = 39 – ‘Excellent response to my econsult request, same day appointment’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 11 – ‘Waiting time was longer than expected’.       

Poor = 4 – ‘40 minutes late.’       

Very Poor = 6 – ‘Despite the digital board saying my GP was running to schedule, I was seen 20 minutes late’.
