Very Good = 517 – ‘Dr was very thorough, explained himself well, and offered a solution’.

Good = 39 – ‘The doctor was very understanding and thorough in her approach’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 15 – ‘The doctor was running 30 mins late’.       

Poor = 3 – ‘Didn’t get in until 40 mins after appointment time .’       

Very Poor = 6 – ‘My appointment was at 4:10pm didn't get to see the doctor until 4:35pm . Screen said running on time’.

Don’t Know = 9 – ‘Only a short wait,  nurse was very good and reassuring’.
